Annette Stalker CPA

Annette is a licensed California CPA and the owner of Stalker Forensics. Annette provides forensic accounting, consulting, and litigation support services. Prior to founding Stalker Forensics in 2014 she spent many years at a boutique forensic accounting firm, Ueltzen & Company LLP, based in Sacramento CA.

Annette began her career within audit and consulting at KPMG. After earning her CPA, Annette went on to form and manage an international business consulting practice for ten years, specializing in business process design and systems implementations.

In addition to her CPA license, Annette holds specialty credentials including both the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials. 

Annette has provided expert testimony in cases involving a variety of partnership disputes, commercial and individual damages, alter ego claims, and has issued several forensic accounting investigation reports and fraud examination reports in both civil and criminal matters. 

Annette has been appointed to serve in several volunteer-based leadership positions within the American Institute of CPAs (“AICPA”) and California Society of CPAs (“CalCPA”). In 2021, while service as the Chair of the Forensic & Valuation Services Executive Committee, Annette was a principal author of the first professional standards for forensic accountants, the AICPA Statement on Standards for Forensic Services (SSFS No. 1).

Annette has been active in her local non-profit community and currently serves as a director on the Broadway Sacramento Board of Directors.
