The firm is qualified in conceptional budgeting, on-site project management, assistance in punch lists, negotiating cost and time for changes, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, plan and specification reviews, delivery of all necessary reports on time and managing all aspects of accounting. Along with our technical skills and in-depth experience, our team also brings a diversified group of professionals to serve you in many different activities. These activities include expertise in reviewing all project plans and specifications, reviewing direct/indirect construction schedules and updates, on-site coordination and compliance of contract documents, and the review of all RFIs and change orders in a timely manner.
