Just wanted to follow up to express my sincere gratitude for how well your team performed the removal process of our existing gear.

 

As you can understand our senses were on a heightened level with repsect to performing this tuype of removal work in an active electrical room that provides essential services throughout the hospital. Any little slip could have potentially created a major impact to our daily operations.

 

Your team showed up with a plan that paid close attention to the active environment that they were going to execute their work scope in. Precautions were implemented so that existing energized equipment would not be impacted, sprinkler piping (actaive wet system) paths were identified so that removal scope would not trigger an accidental activation. Plus, they kept the process clean.
